When it comes to the Gathering, there is only one place for it: Hatchet Landings! We've got all your Gathering 2008 camping and ticket info. Ticket for this year's Gathering are on sale right now!
the two biggest things you'll want to know right now are these:
1) Tickets will be available to buy at The Gathering, at the Box Office near the entrance (cash, credit, or money order only).
2) Will Call and Box Office will be open and avaialble on Wednesday, August 6th, at 2PM.
That means anyone picking up tickets at Will Call, whether they ordered them, won them, or they're in a band that's performing, can come get their tickets at the Gathering entrance (a Will Call area will be set up) from 2PM til 10PM on Wednesday before the Gathering starts. Your tickets will be given to you, but you may not enter Hatchet Landings until The Gathering starts the next day (Thurs) at 8AM. You can park in the Early Bird lot across the street if you need to. In an effort to help things run smoother, Will Call will be near the entrance on both Wednesday AND Thursday, (not at the Info Tent) so if you need Will Call, look for it before you try to pull into the main Parking Lot, or into the camping areas.
Shipping Info for Online or Mail Orders
First off, today was the last day to mail in money orders. If you were planning to pay with a money order do not mail it in after today. You can use your money order to buy tickets at the Box Office when you ge there. Tickets at the Gathering are $150 apiece, no more than they are any other way.
After Thursday, July 31st, standard mail shipping will not be available. Any orders placed after that will have to be overnighted, or they might not get to you in time. Overnight shipping will cost more.
After Sunday, August 3rd, Shipping overnight will no longer be available. Any tickets ordered online after August 3rd will be placed on Will Call. To pick up tickets at Will Call, you must have a printout of your order, and the ID of the person who paid for the order, or a photocopy of that ID. If you are not the person who paid for the order, you must have their ID or a photocopy of it.
After Monday, August 4th, shipping of tickets will not be an option. You may buy tickets to the Gathering at the Box Office starting Wednesday from 2-10PM, and then from Thursday at 8AM right up until The Gathering ends Sunday night (24 hours a day).
How would you like a free prepaid credit card worth $150? Yep, you read that right. We call it the Gathering Travel Card, and it will be free to anyone who orders 5 or more Gathering tickets! All five tickets need to be on the same order, and the card will be mailed along with the tickets. This card is good wherever Visa is accepted, and works just like a credit card. You can use up to $150 on whatever you want: gas, food, hotels, maps, smokes, or porno mags!
Now, we know that five tickets is a big order, so make sure you have all your money and homies sorted out before you buy. The Juggalo Gathering policy is that all sales are final, and there are no refunds, on orders already placed or yet to be placed.

The Next thing you wanna know is: Tent Camping is free!
Pick your wig up off the floor, and stick it in your pocket with the cash you'll be saving, cuz your Gathering ticket automatically gets you space for one tent in Hatchet Landings--at no extra cost. For just the standard $150 price of your ticket, which gets you in for all four days, you can also throw up a tent and camp for all four days. We can bring you this deal because Hatchet Landings is just that fresh! This free Tent Camping will not be designated or numbered, and locations will be first come, first served, but don't worry cuz there's enough room for TWO Gatherings worth of camping! You'll also have room for a campfire by your tent, and this park has free water and ample showers for everyone.
As always, the Gathering is an all-ages event, though we highly discourage bringing children under 12. (No one is saying you can't bring them, it's just not what we recommend.) Every person, including children, will need to have their own ticket (meaning wristband AND amulet), so if you plan to bring a child you WILL have to buy a ticket for them.
Parking in the Parking Lot is also free, but if you want to bring a car into any camping area beyond the Parking Lot, you will need a pass. The first of these passes is the Car Pass. Any vehicle from a motorcycle up through a full-size van will require a car pass to get into the camping areas, and you will absolutely need a car pass if you intend to park a car at your tent, whether you're just parking it or sleeping in it (which IS allowed). A Car Pass will cost you $50. That will be in addition to the cost of your ticket.
The next pass you might need is an RV/Trailer Pass. If you intend to bring an RV, trailer, camper, anything towed, or any vehicle bigger than a full-size van, into a camping area, you will need the RV/Trailer pass. The RV/Trailer pass will cost you $75.
The last pass type is for the major players, and will be in super, stoopid limited quantities. It's the Big Baller Party Pass, and it's the shit! This pass gets you a site for whatever size vehicle you want (though no 18 wheelers or battle tanks!), plus it gets you shared access to nearby water faucets, and full access to individual electric outlets! We provide the outlets and faucets, and you will not be charged for usage. The Big Baller Party Pass will cost $350. Electricity can only be used by the person (or party) that purchases the pass, and cannot be shared with other sites.
Please Note: Once tickets and passes have been shipped to you, they may not be returned. If you have purchased tickets, then find yourself unable to attend, and want to find someone to get your tickets to, we recommend using our Message Board to contact Juggalos that might be in need of a ticket.
