This is the Order Form for all ticket and campsite purchases for the 5th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos 2004 outdoors extravaganza. All purchases, whether by credit/debit card, check/money order, or PayPal, all go through this one Order Form.
Important
Once purchased, your purchase will be shipped to whatever address you enter as your billing address. Tickets will begin to be shipped at the beginning of June.
You are allowed a maximum of 10 tickets per order.
Before you proceed further, you will want to make sure you have the following:
A Form of Payment
Credit Card:
If you plan on paying using a credit/debit card, please make sure you have it handy. You can use someone else's credit/debit card (with permission), but you will need all billing information (including billing address), and later in the process you will need the cardholder's signature.
PayPal Account:
If you plan on paying using PayPal, please have all associated account information handy.
Check / Money Order:
If you plan on paying using a mail order, you'll need to have either a checking account or need to get a money order. Most party stores sell money orders. Be sure all checks and money orders are made out to "Juggalo Gathering 2004 LLC".
Permament Email Address:
Your final confirmation for your ticket/campsite purchase will arrive to the email address you specify. For security purposes, this needs to be a fixed email address that will not change.
A Working Printer:
Parts of this process require you to print out important information. If you do not have a printer, you may write down the information on the screen on a sheet or paper, but remember to include everything on the screen. You will be prompted for when you need to make a print-out. If your printer is not read, you can also save the web page and print it out later.

Please note that for campsites in particular, the availability listed above may change until the button is clicked and you proceed to the next page. Once you click to the next page and the server confirms that your request is valid, the items will be valid for approximately 15 minutes from your last click.
Each ticket purchase comes with the following:
You need to wear both your amulet and wristband at all times while at the Gathering of the Juggalos. No one is admitted to the Gathering nor any of its events without both an amulet and a wristband.
