Tickets and campsites for the Gathering of the Juggalos 2004 are both sold using the Ticket Reservation System. Sales for the tickets/campsites are processed in advance, and collected at the Gathering of the Juggalos itself (from our Ticket Pickup Booth). Physical tickets are not shipped out at any time, under any circumstances.

This Ticket Reservation System asks for an ID to be entered. This ID is the ID of the person who will be picking up the tickets/campsite. It may or may not be the same as the buyer of the tickets, at the discression of the buyer. Only the person who's ID is in our system may pick up the associated tickets/campsites of that order. If you have changes to the address of your order's ID (i.e. you moved, and now have a new ID), please contact our Customer Service Department to have your address changed. Under no circumstances may tickets/campsites be transferred from one owner to another.

Final confirmation of your ticket order will arrive via email, sent to the email address you specify in your ID information. It is important that you enter an email address which will not change between now and the Gathering of the Juggalos 2004, as any important information you may need will be sent to this email address.

You may cancel your ticket/campsite order at any time before 7 PM on April 30th, 2004 by calling our Customer Service Department at 248.426.0115 between 11 AM and 7 PM Eastern Standard Time. After April 30th, requests for cancellation of ticket and campsite orders will not be honored.

When an order is placed for Gathering tickets/campsites, it goes through Address Verification Service (AVS). AVS checks the billing address that is entered in the order against the billing address on file with the credit card company. If AVS determines that there is a discrepancy between the billing address listed and the billing address that the credit card company has on file, the following action will occur:

1. The charge on the credit card will be voided. This means that the credit card will not be charged.

2. An email will be sent to the email address provided with the order. The email is re-printed below:

Your order has been placed on hold because it failed AVS (address verification system). AVS matches the billing address of the credit card against the billing address that you gave in the order. AVS is our primary defense against fraudulent orders. At this time your card has not been charged. If this order has been marked fraudulent in error, please respond with the full, correct billing address as well as the contact telephone number off the back of the credit card used. We apologize for the delay in processing this order. Please respond quickly so that we may get this matter resolved. Please understand that this is not an accusation of fraud against you. The AVS system has been known to incorrectly mark orders as failed. This is just a safety procedure we must follow when the AVS is failed. Thank you for your fast response and we'll work to get your order out as soon as possible.

3. Your order will be placed On Hold. Your order will stay On Hold until you respond to the above email, ask us to cancel the order, or 30 days pass (at which time the order will be cancelled).

When you respond to the above email, you will receive a reply concerning the status of your order within 7 business days. Please do not contact us before this time as we will not have an answer for you.

AVS is not a perfect system. It is not unusual for AVS to fail an order even though the billing address provided is legitimate. Even if this is the case, we must follow the above steps to protect our customers and ourselves.
